The RM005 Felipe Massa was unveiled in Basel in 2005 but retailed just 10 years ago in 2007.
Manufactured at a limited edition of 300 pieces, it displays the colors of Brazil, the home country of the famous driver Felipe Massa, who defended the colors of Ferrari at the time.
It is also in 2004, at the request of Richard Mille, that Felipe Massa becomes official tester of the brand.
The case, recognizable among all, reveals its skeleton movement with a variable geometry oscillating mass that allows to adjust the caliber on the behavior of the wearer of the watch.
The particularity of the titanium RM005 is its lightness, which, with a weight of 52 grams, makes it a very comfortable watch to wear. For comparison, a Rolex Daytona steel weighs about 140 grams.
The RM005 is no longer in the catalog today. It is now a collector edited to few copies, extreme rare to find in this conditions, full set, with 2 additional bracelets and its service booklet stamped by Paris shop and attesting to a complete service done in Richard MILLE Workshops.
