Presented at Baseworld 2017, the Rolex Sea-Dweller reference 126600 marks the fiftieth anniversary of this model launched in 1967 with the reference 1665.
A true professional tool for divers, it is the largest model in its history with a 43 mm diameter.
This is the first time a Sea-Dweller is equipped with the Cyclope magnifying glass for the date.
Its name written in red on the dial pays tribute to the oldest 1665 models most sought after.
Like all Sea-Dwellers, it has a helium valve located at 9 o'clock on the side of the watch which allows the gas to escape when the pressure difference reaches 3 to 5 bars.
The Oyster bracelet is equipped with the ROLEX Glidelock clasp allowing to lengthen the bracelet until about 20 mm in increments of 2 mm.
The watch has been sold in France on July 2017.
An already mythical model.
